Cancellations and refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or refunds unless the event page states otherwise. If an event has its own refund policy, it is listed on that event page.
Event cancellation or changes
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we notify ticket holders by email. If we cancel an event, we refund the ticket price to your original payment method.

Cancelling the whole course
Cancel by the full-refund deadline shown on the course page for a full refund. If you cancel after that deadline but before the first session starts, we deduct the cancellation fee shown on the course page (a percentage of the course fee) and refund the rest; if we fill your seat from the waitlist, we refund in full. Once the first session has started, the remaining sessions are not refunded.
Seat transfers
Instead of cancelling, you can transfer your seat to someone else free of charge until the first session starts. Email hero@aimovie.studio with the new participant's name and email address. Seats can't be transferred once the course has started.
Missed classes
Missed classes are not refunded. We'll send you that day's class materials.
Sessions canceled by us
If we cancel a single session, we refund that session's share of the amount you paid. If we cancel the whole course, we give you a full refund or reschedule.

Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method and take 5–10 business days to arrive.
